At Flatironchi.com, we'll give you FREE DELIVERY on all orders - and your order will ship the very same day!

Free shipping via EMS(USPS) (www.ems.com.cn), which is usually 5-7 business days delivery. If you have special requests on shipping method, please let us know.

We guarantee prompt shipping once the orders are placed and payment is transferred. And the tracking number will be emailed as soon as the goods are shipped out. However, we cannot control the status of your shipment after it leaves our shipping department. Delays may be caused due to weather issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

For the convenience and protection of our customers, we offer the option of shipping your order with a Direct Signature Required. Please be aware that by selecting to receive your package without a signature required, you are to be liable on thatshould your package be lost in transit or after delivery.

And if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to receive a Brand New Exchange or Return. You are required to contact us before sending the items back.
